Butterfly Valves PVDF Industry knowledge

What are Butterfly Valves PVDF?

1. Basic Structure: Butterfly Valves PVDF is a disc valve with a rotating disc inside the valve body, used for opening, closing, and regulating fluid flow.

2. Material Advantages: The valve body is made of polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), possessing excellent chemical corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance (-40℃~140℃), and low friction characteristics, enabling long-term reliable operation in highly corrosive media and high-temperature environments.

3. Application Scope: Due to its compact structure and light weight, PVDF butterfly valves are widely used in pipeline systems for pure water, brine, acids, alkalis, seawater, and other corrosive chemical media. They are particularly suitable for industries with extremely high requirements for cleanliness and corrosion resistance, such as pharmaceuticals, semiconductors, and chemicals.

Which industries does Jiangsu Leiting Precision New Materials Co., Ltd. primarily serve with its Butterfly Valves PVDF?

1. Photovoltaic Industry: Used for cleaning, cooling, and corrosion protection pipelines for photovoltaic modules, ensuring efficient and long-term operation. 2. Semiconductor Manufacturing: Providing reliable valve solutions for high-purity water and chemical reagent delivery systems in cleanrooms.

3. Chemical and Metallurgical Industries: Pipeline valves resistant to strong acids, alkalis, and corrosive media, meeting high-temperature and high-pressure operating conditions.

4. Environmental and Biochemical Industries: Used in wastewater treatment, sewage recycling, and biochemical reactors, reducing maintenance costs due to the corrosion resistance of PVDF.

5. Aquarium/Marine Engineering: Suitable for seawater, freshwater, and brine circulation systems, preventing metal corrosion.

6. Pharmaceutical Manufacturing: Providing leak-free and pollution-free valves for pure water and injectable drug delivery systems in pharmaceutical production.
