Jiangsu Leiting Precision New Material Co., Ltd. (formerly Jiangsu Haobo Plastic Industry Co., Ltd.) is China Ball Valves β-PPH Manufacturer and Custom Ball Valves β-PPH Factory, located at No. 55 Haichuan Road, Dongtai City High-Tech Zone, Jiangsu Province. Established in 2008, the company now occupies an area of 19,980 square meters, with a total investment of 110 million RMB in its new facility.
We focus on pipeline applications for the solar panel, semiconductor, chemical, ironmaking, environmental protection, biochemical, aquarium/marine, and pharmaceutical manufacturing industries. Our goal is to establish ourselves as a high-tech enterprise integrating the production and sales of various valves, pipe fittings, and pipes, while driving technological innovation in the valve industry. As of December 2024, we hold 81 patents, including 36 invention patents, 36 utility model patents, and 9 design patents.

1. Chemical and Pharmaceutical Industries: Due to its excellent resistance to acid and alkali corrosion and high-temperature performance, β-PPH ball valves are widely used in media conveying systems in chemical, pharmaceutical, and medical manufacturing industries.

2. New Energy and Environmental Protection: In environmental protection processes such as solar photovoltaic, waste gas desulfurization, and industrial water treatment, β-PPH materials can resist long-term chemical corrosion, ensuring the long-term sealing reliability of valves.

3. Metallurgy and Steel: High-corrosion and high-temperature conditions such as pickling and acid regeneration in steel plants place extremely high demands on valve body materials. β-PPH ball valves, with their high-temperature and pressure resistance characteristics, meet the requirements of these harsh environments.

4. Other Industries: β-PPH ball valves are also suitable for fields with strict requirements for media purity and corrosion resistance, such as aerospace, food processing, and seawater desalination.

How does the sealing performance of Ball Valves β-PPH ensure no leakage?

1. All-metal hard-seal structure: The valve body is made of β-PPH (homogeneous polypropylene) material, combined with metal hard seals, achieving an extremely low number of leakage points. The sealing surface is smooth and wear-resistant.

2. Multi-layer sealing design: Often used with PTFE, PEEK, and other polymer gaskets, providing chemical compatibility for different media and preventing minor leaks.

3. High-pressure withstand capability: The product can withstand pressures from 0 to 300 MPa (16 kgf for some models). The valve body has a compact and high-strength structure, ensuring zero leakage even under high-pressure conditions.

4. Strict quality control: The company adheres to the philosophy of "quality creates the market," employing automated production lines and full-process testing (pressure, temperature, and seal leakage testing). Every valve undergoes 100% pass verification before leaving the factory.
